Cancellation Policy

• To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit and credit card details are required.
• Final payment is due two weeks prior to your stay. 
• Credit card merchant fee applies. 
• We advise travel insurance to all our guests, as we do not refund due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable but should you cancel or change dates within 8 weeks of your stay a full credit will apply to be used within 12 months.
•  If you cancel or change dates within 6 weeks of your stay, a 50% deposit is charged. 
• If you cancel two week prior or less there is no refund.
